Why We Started Matrix Wealth Partners

The Four Most Important Questions to Ask Yourself When It Comes To Your Career

A good friend and former colleague once told us that there are four things needed to evaluate a job/career:

  1. Do you like what you do?
  2. Do you like who you do it with?
  3. Do you feel fairly compensated?
  4. Do you have a work-life balance?

If you can answer yes to all (or most) of these questions, there is a strong likelihood you enjoy your work.

In our careers thus far, good fortune has allowed us to work with and amongst talented, passionate and quality individuals – enabling us to answer yes to many of these questions.

In our professional experience however, we have witnessed a fair number of flaws in the wealth management industry.  Conflict of interest, a lack of transparency, and antiquated investment and technology platforms are just a few of the structural challenges investors encounter today.  We created Matrix Wealth Partners with the goal of addressing such issues on behalf of individuals and families in a fiduciary manner that is both objective and accountable.

Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to create a wealth management firm that embodies our core values—we couldn’t be more excited to build Matrix Wealth Partners together.

A good friend and former colleague once gave us valuable career advice.  We are thrilled to embark on this next journey in our careers, where the answer to those four questions, without a shred of a doubt, is yes.
